I emailed the Sutton town hall as to who i can get in contact with to get the information on how many votes were cast for each candidate. If we find an error here of more than 1 or 2 votes that puts the whole election in question.

Is there any way someone can write a program or use a program to make copies of this file every couple second (30 sec or so) so afterwards we can double check their tallies and make sure vote counts of 100% precincts didn't change (or anything else funky)

It would be great to have that as a record as well
