Why do so many women get fake boobs, when they look so obvious and awful?
For those who don't know. Boobs don't need to be this big to look good, and real large breasts do not look this way.

There is no need for females to get implants unless you have literally no boobs. As long as you have some, what's in the heart is what counts.

It would be better for a woman OR man to delve deeply into his or her motivations before getting any cosmetic surgery. And sometimes breast enhancement can destroy errogenous sensitivity, which is a shame. But beyond that, who cares? Breast enhancement is really no different in principle than getting inked or getting pierced ears. Or, for that matter, wearing stylish clothing. It is only different in the extent of the intervention.

No, they aren't. I have known several women with very natural-appearing implants. Some done as a result of mastectomies, some as a result of self-image.
