It looks like Peter is gained some name recognition since the last poll. I would guess that his primary standing is better too. It should at least be higher than 15%

Peter has the best ratio of favorable/unfavorable of all the GOP candidates.

Peter Schiff 44/29 = 1.52
Rob Simmons 54/37 = 1.46
Linda McMahon 54/42 = 1.29

How is it possible to have somebody unfavor Schiff?
Alot of the people I have talked to see him as "unwinnable" and a one trick pony. To their credit, Schiff's commercials have only focused on the economic perspective. I usually counter them with his debate skills and libertarian/conservative social platform. Then most people tell me that he should include those things in his ads, which I agree with.

peter couldnt of picked a worse state to run in could he? 59% of CT'ers think obama is doing a good job? o.m.g. its going to be really tough to win this thing. rand had it easy.

This poll doesn't tell me anything.

I want to know the odds of him actually making it to the general.

Only if they haven't done their homework. How could anyone watch his mortgage bankers speech and not support him... even if they are Democrat?

Agreed. Not polling the primary itself is a huge mistake. The only useful information gained were favorables/unfavorables.
