Rand warns us all on mask mandates: "they will NEVER relent!"

I have been nice, but I am losing my patience. I had to get a second job in construction last year because of the shutdown. My kids work in the public. I have been busting my ass for less money. They are now calling for double and triple masking. Anal swabbing...

Screw that. I am sick of people thinking they are virtuous because they only leave their house once every two weeks, and these lazy bastards want to tell me how to live.

I want to tell them, "Congratulations on not having to work for a living. Hide in your bunker, but leave me alone with your nonsense!"

Nevermind the "victimized" people who have it so bad getting to work form home making 80k a year doing their useless office job.

If wearing a mask makes it just 1% safer for the people around me, I'll wear a mask. We're in this together and it's a minor inconvenience to do whatever we can...

I know this is unpopular here, lol - and I'm not trolling. Just saying. For me personally, I'm happy to wear a mask in public.

If your posting makes people 1% dumber, would you quit posting?

I lost my higher paying job back in March. I'm back to working at a restaurant being paid minimum wage. The lockdowners want me to just shut up with a smile on my face and just deal with it. I feel like I have been robbed just thinking about what these lockdowns have done to me.

I hear you, brother (or sister)

No need to force a smile. The masks are designed to hide our discontent.

I quit mine back in Sept. Was making $16hr. Due to have made $21 back in Dec. at my 1-yr. mark. But, we couldn't get anyone into work because the Fed was doling out $600+State Unemployment. So I was working 12 hr. shifts on a factory concrete floor 5 nights, sometimes 6 a week. $16 here is a good wage. $21 is exceptional. But, who the hell is gonna work their ass off when they could get $700-800 a week sitting on their ass. Truth be told I'd rather have been in an industry that was shut down. Had many friends that were. None chose to come work at my company when they were being paid to stay home. Can't blame them. I went full time right before the new year. By Sept., with all the overtime, the wage increase I had gotten became a $.30 loss per hour on my wage increase from temp-to-perm, after moving into a higher tax bracket. And all those hours lead to planters fasciitis.
It was a shit show. One I chose not to continue participate in.

This has got to be the reincarnation of R3volution 3.0. Who would have guessed that he was a Hindu.

Does anyone know if Rand is falling in line and wearing a mask or is he standing his ground and resisting the mask during this impeachment?
Rand recently got called out for not wearing a mask on the Senate floor a few days ago. Not sure if he's wearing one during the impeachment trial since I'm not paying attention to it.

U.S. Sen. Rand Paul, a medical doctor by profession, made an unnerving prediction about masks on Wednesday, saying mandates to wear facial coverings are never going away as long as the political left is in charge.

"They will never relent. These people are never gonna let you not wear a mask," the Kentucky Republican told Todd Herman, the fill-in host on Rush Limbaugh's national broadcast.

We shut down for six weeks, and put a two week quarantine on all border crossings. No covid and no masks for nearly a year now.

Keep fucking around, keep having a fucking pandemic.

Bullshit.

Why have Airlines suspended service to the Kiwi island since early spring of last year?

And only Kiwi creatures can travel to it? I know US citizens are still banned.

*** Effective January 26th, all airline passengers to the United States ages two years and older must provide a negative COVID-19 viral test taken within three calendar days of travel. Alternatively, travelers to the U.S. may provide documentation from a licensed health care provider of having recovered from COVID-19 in the 90 days preceding travel. Check the CDC website for additional information and Frequently Asked Questions.
[h=3]Waiver Process for Pre-Flight Testing[/h]Waivers to the testing requirement may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when extraordinary emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s health and safety, and testing cannot be completed before travel. There are no waivers available for individuals who test positive for COVID-19. Individuals – or air carriers seeking to allow boarding by potentially qualifying individuals – who believe they meet the criteria for a waiver should contact the U.S. Consulate in Auckland at [email protected] and provide the information below. The U.S. Consulate will then submit the request to the CDC for consideration.
The following information must be provided for each passenger:

  1. Name (family name/surname, given name), passport number and country
  2. Cell phone number including country code of passenger or head of household if family unit
  3. Email address of passenger or head of household if family unit
  4. U.S. destination address
  5. Is U.S. destination home address?
  6. Departure date
  7. Flight itinerary
  8. Name of submitting entity if different from passenger
  9. Name of company submitting on behalf of passenger(s) (if applicable)
  10. Name of point of contact submitting on behalf of passenger(s) (if applicable)
  11. Phone and email address for POC submitting waiver request on behalf of passenger(s) (if applicable)
  12. Purpose of travel to the U.S. (provide brief explanation of why urgent travel is needed and how travel will contribute to health and safety of passengers(s))
  13. Justification for testing waiver (e.g. no testing available, impact on health and safety)
  14. Documentation to support justification for test waiver, if available (e.g. medical records or orders for medical evacuation)
