Problem is they'd all choose the few good schools and there wouldn't be enough room. But I agree, in theory.

Ron Paul supports local state vouchers but not federal ones.

The theory being that if the federal government pays tuition for private schools, then they will take over how they are run as well.

Plus it's just more government spending.

Would they still have to accept all students? Cuz if not, it wouldn't be a fair comparison.

This is a problem I see with this country. Kids do not have the maturity or experience to make any decisions past what's their favorite flavor of ice cream. And the no whup ass laws that stop parents from teaching kids some consequences for various actions raises them up thinking they have the... You know where I'm going with this.
