Rand Paul Stuck in Kentucky Gas Station due to Massive Tornado. *video*

I'm uploading a short video, give me a minute. My phone ran out of space so I couldn't record it all. But it shows some of the footage from Indiana.

The guy on CNN just said the storm in East Kentucky is the biggest tornado of the day. The radar isn't even picking up weather anymore, but the debris in the air from the tornado. "You literally need to be underground to survive this"

Damn I can't imagine living in these tornado prone areas.

it sucks.

this is just crazy:

here's to hoping this isn't an indication of what this year's season is going to be like.

I think if the thread title stated why Rand is stuck in a gas station a few more people might be concerned.

I realize that, but I can't change the thread title. I wanted to add *video* to it, but it wouldn't let me.

Saw a tractor trailer wrapped around the top of a tree in Joplin MO. 50 feet up. Entire neighborhoods were sucked off their foundations. Just concrete and twisted re-bar left.

As far as I know the Tornado went around Rand's location. But still, the area that was destroyed by all those tornados was devastating. As far rare winter tornados, not really rare for there to be a few, but almost never of this size. There were over 100 tornados by the time most of the storm had passed. Obviously not all were this big though.

I spent a week in Joplin last year after the tornado and I will never forrget the devastation.
