Hi everyone,

This is my first time posting on the forums. I’m Noel Fritsch, Communications Director for Liberty Candidate Evan Feinberg.

Some of you might know that Rand endorsed Evan last week and that Evan used to work in Rand's office before deciding to run for Congress. He's running a competitive race in the 18th district, and has also gotten endorsements from Tom Coburn, The Republican Liberty Caucus, FreedomWorks, and the Madison Project.

Evan's opponent is Tim Murphy, no friend of liberty. I wanted to make sure that everyone on here is familiar with Evan and his recent budget proposal, which is modeled after Rand's budget. Evan is calling for $661 billion in spending cuts during year 1, and $9.1 trillion in total cuts over the next ten years. Not to mention, it would eliminate four agencies and 233 redundant government programs. You can read more about Evan's positions on the issues at www.EvanFeinberg.com.

I think we all know how important it is to get more liberty-minded Congressmen and Senators, and while I'm certainly biased, Evan is without a doubt deserving of your support.

Starting this Friday, we'll be having a moneybomb that will go a long way to ensuring that he can win (the primary is on April 24th). Evan's birthday is on March 24th, so starting THIS FRIDAY, we'll be kicking off the "Terminate Tim" Birthday Weekend Moneybomb (it's a mouthful, I know).

Evan's a great guy, smart, and the perfect example of the growth we need to see in the liberty movement. I know we're all supporting lots of candidates, but please consider making at donation at www.EvanFeinberg.com or pledging your support here.

And if you could help us spread the word about the moneybomb, we'd all really appreciate it!

Thank you for your time and attention -- and all that you do for liberty!

Hi, I'm afraid your timing isn't too great, since Ron is having a money bomb the same day! I'll leave your post here, but in the past when Ron has one it pretty much sucks the oxygen from the room, here....

welcome to the forums, though! And we should look into Evan in any event.

I'll check out his website. I see U.S. Senator Tom Coburn (R-OK) endorsed him also. Any chance the mb can be moved a week later? Like SA said...not good timing as we will bleed ourselves dry for RP that day.

And by all means stick around and promote this often. Sometimes we get lost in all the activity and things fall through the cracks.

This concerns me:

After college, Evan accepted a job at the Heritage Foundation, researching and writing extensively on federal education policy and social and cultural issues such as the importance of stable traditional families.

Hi, Sailingaway and PatriotOne.

I wanted to clarify that the MoneyBomb begins on March 23, and will be going on all weekend long. Fortunately, we don't have to raise millions of dollars to win!

Thanks for your advice, PatriotOne. Evan did receive Sen. Coburn's endorsement. You should also check out Evan's Budget Proposal on his website, www.evanfeinberg.com.

Regarding the date of the MoneyBomb, unfortunately we will not be able to move the date. But we'd love your support, and of course any help spreading the word aboutEvan and the campaign.

Well, let's see what he wrote, he must have a record. You have to work somewhere. He might have been writing why the federal govt should stay OUT for all I know.

Ron's will likely be extended through the weekend, the last few have been, and it is expected now. We'll leave this up, some have maxxed out, anyhow, but it just isn't the best timing for here.

I know, I know. But ANYTIME people are linked to these think tanks (in this case Koch's) causes me great concern.

Found Evan's articles on Heritages website:

PatriotOne:

Evan is in favor of local control of education and getting the federal government out of education as much as possible. See here: http://evanfeinberg.com/issues/education/

Okay. His stance on education checks out. This was a good article:

Looks good on education...... more local control, his papers were all about the problems with no child left behind and the need for school choice
