Rand Paul speaking tonight, why is this not mentioned or featured on his Campaign Page....

The THUR JAN 14 16 NATIONAL TOWN HALL MTG.


How Am I supposed to promote tonight's important Town Hall meeting to 100's if not more voters that may know of him but don't get the news letters / email notifications ? https://www.randpaul.com/


It should be prominently displayed HUGE right in the top middle of the web page.....
 
....I realize the details aren't finished, yet I'm telling people now, I have no network, and can't be on call and return to all the places I go later tonight and give them a link, can I tell them to go to the Rand Paul link I posted above at 7 or 8 pm est to get the final details of where to tune in for the meeting ?
 
it will be live on randpaul.com and on his facebook page.

tell them to like his page to get alerted when it goes live
 
It's going to be streamed from his campaign site and facebook page starting ~9pm, so I'd just tell them to get there then, dunno when the stream will actually go up.

EDIT: As per above, yes, 9PM Eastern

Thanks , great, This is big there should be stand by notification pending pasted right up front promoting this for people the check in early at the Rand Paul campaign site , we can't make people guess if they are in the right place.
I cannot promote anything to do with facebook or twitter, so I appreciate it being aired at this link @ 9pm est https://www.randpaul.com/ ,Please correct me if this time and link are not correct.

On the Glenn Beck show he mentioned it would be on "RandPaul.com, facebook, youtube, everywhere." or something like that.

So I presume he'll have a youtube stream ? THERE MUST BE 1 PERSON WHO CAN SET THAT UP lol.

Improve on it, email/twitter/facebook it to the campaign.

Don't just complain, improve. Or post whatever you think needs improvement so someone who might have better skills (if you don't have them) can do it. We need to crowd source these things quickly. Help the campaign out. We ARE the grassroots.

lol go back see what was posted without a link , not useful in anyway , this is the email that I got too, just like you I'm sure, with no info. How do you improve useless ,,,,,, :facepalm:

Well in all honesty, I'm not here to get into a fight. I want good information out there just as badly as you do.

Question is, how do we do that. How do we get the campaign to release more detailed information.

I hear you, I just wish the webmaster or site builder had the ability to respond to Rand's needs, this is a very important event, I would have hoped it would be
a no brainer for anyone off the street got there and bingo, they'll know it's tonight and know they need to check back at 7pm or whatever of get on the email list.
Peace , we can overcome the tyrants....Rand can make it happen....

I think we complain, as I did on pretty much deaf ears when I joined the site, they are probably doing a good job, but since the media is
black listing Rand , they need to think on their feet, not have committee meetings each time info needs to be made available,
possibly look for a better webmaster or site builder , this is all we have, we don't have the industrial complex behind us.
A good job is not good enough, they need to do a great job...

I think there's some room for improvement in regards to web stuff. They could put ALL meeting in HD on youtube.. Not hard, not expensive. Just takes 1 or 2 people who tape it. 1 Person that edits and puts it online in a matter of minutes/hours. I don't know why this is not happening.

I'm not techy or I'd do it, but you are so right, currently youtube is the best venue imo, no moderation and none needed, I think people appreciate knowing they don't have to look over their shoulder each time they say something as is necessary on 90% if forums including this one, free speech is not to protect popular speech as we all know , it is for all speech. But anyway youtube is free, the comment sections are fairly intuitive, actuall awesome when you need to find a post that someone responds to, Yes YOUTUBE STREAMING WOULD BE fantastic imo....

Possibly Ron Gibson , might be someone to ask, he puts up Alex Jone's (not that anyone needs to follow him, some useful stuff) and Michael Riveros's Clips hrs before they can and Alex for one has a somewhat feeble crew of 50 , you'd think they could get their own up really quick , they put them up ,but always way after Ron gets to it.
