The Republican presidential candidate linked Sen. Bernie Sanders, a self-proclaimed democratic socialist in the mold of Northern European countries, to the murderous communist regimes of Stalin, Mao and Pol Pot ...

Whatever one might think of Sanders’ political ideology, there is a vast gulf between the kind of socialist policies policies he is discussing and the total economic and social control imposed by communist dictatorships.​

The modern liberal is the foundation for the Ministries of 1984. Their Ministry of Economics insists their funny money will ease recessions for us, but blows bubbles that create them and prolong them. Their Ministry of Tolerance is about intolerance. Their Ministry of Wealth Redistribution is about redistributing it from the poor to the rich. Their Ministry of Freedom is about enslavement.

And they defend it all with the sweet naivety that insists the notion of centralized power is not evil, if you have the right person in charge. And then support Che Guevara.

Ron Paul was never more correct. And in his case, that's saying a mouthful.
 
Sanders is the useful idiot. Hillary and Wassermann-Schulz would commit the genocide.

Hillary is more dangerous than Sanders, and Rubio is more dangerous than Hillary. Sanders is a Nordic socialist. but with a GOP house he's a wolf with no teeth.

Have you ever seen Denmark's corporate tax rate? It's way lower than ours (not a bad thing). Their tax code goes easy on the wealthy and rapes the middle class, basically the exact opposite of what kooky Bernie Sanders claims he wants to do.

Kind of like what we have here (Netherlands, close to Denmark, although I've never really been there). There's very little difference between making lets say 25k and 35k a year. Subsidies etc. level that out. Then if your income is high enough or it comes from a business you can structure your finances in such a way to minimize tax exposure. Still not paradise but a lot better.
 
You know, I would have loved to gave seen a Sanders-Paul debate. And I think they could have pulled it off too, get around these conventional debates and good exposure for Rand and his campaign's message.

Then Rand goes and compares Bernie Sanders to Pol Pot.

Scandinavia ranks towards the too of the world on ease of doing business, with Denmark also towards the top of economic freedom in both the heritage and frasier institutes. Sanders is a Venezuelan style socialist.
