Here is the plain fact. Rand went establishment instead of insurgent.

We can all sit here disappointed, or we can look at this thing with perspective. We have a lot of work to do in explaining our principles to others. And Rand has a lot of work to do too, as he is the greatest Senator to exist at least in my lifetime. He will not be elected President in 2016. It will not happen. If he wants to stay in, it is purely to make his arguments and there is a lot to say for that. We all have to continue building. Realize that we ran into the perfectly awful storm this year, with Trump and Cruz both sucking the air out of all the soft votes that we had to get to win.

Look back to the debates. There were a ton of hugely idiotic statements, but on the whole, our issues are more popular than they ever have been and they will continue to become even more popular. Remember this too; WE ARE RIGHT. WE ARE FUCKINGRIGHT ABOUT THIS COUNTRY, AND HOW TO MAKE IT GREAT AGAIN. That is a tremendous advantage.

I want to thank everyone who worked hard for Rand. While Im sure he wont have a chance to read this, I want to thank Rand Paul for what is a herculean effort. It is the hardest thing in the world being right, and alone, and wondering what on earth everyone is thinking. But nothing is more worthwhile than being the guy standing against the tide of power and shouting NO!

Yep. That's where I am today. What you saw yesterday was people rejecting any type of autonomy in their lives. They want big government and they want it hard. Trump was right. He could shoot someone....or Hillary could violate security of the nation and everyone would still vote for them in overwhelming numbers. Then Bernie offers all the free crap. They should all be on the same ticket.

Too many Monday morning quarterbacks for my liking. Rand, like Ron, is trying to do the impossible. Unfortunately, the only way this will ever succeed is if there are lots of people that are 100% emotionally, financially, and personally invested. They have to believe.

You can blame Rand, blame the campaign, whatever... But they were fighting a well-organized and experienced enemy. The establishment State and their media are great at controlling people. They can even control you. They can rip the heart right out of a liberty lover. And they'll do it time and time again and then laugh at you for your petty little desire to be left alone. To expect one man or one campaign to battle that without a groundswell of unabashed support is expecting a miracle. And miracles don't happen unless you believe they can.

Listen, though... It doesn't matter which puppet they put into the White House this time. It's a revolving door of tyrants. Secure your own liberty in your mind and steel your resolve for the next battle. If you really believe that the human race deserves to live free, then you can't be discouraged by your fear of disappointment.

Its going to take a cataclysmic tyrannical event where the injustice is so great for the sleeping masses to be spurred into action. Not sure if that will ever come.

Yea, Rand is the coward. The guy who is actually trying to accomplish some change in the right direction by putting himself out there for 20 hours a day and living in that hell hole that is Washington DC is the coward. By far the best Senator we've had in a generation is the coward. Right.
