There has still yet to be a vote in the US senate for Iran sanctions. Last time Rand voted on Iran sanctions, he voted in favor of it. Yes he did previous vote against Iran sanctions, but now that he's running for president he's flip flopped. Same with immigration.



How am I a troll? I'm just saying that if order to win the 2016 Republican primary that person has to win has to be a hawk on Iran and pro-Israel for the Neanderthal Christian right. Just look at the polling among Republican voters on Israel. Simple as that. I mean you can call me a troll all you won't, but facts are facts.

His most recent statement is that he opposes sanctions. Rand is great on immigration. He supports a path to citizenship.

No, actually you're repeatedly engaging in logical fallacy. False dilemma. It's ok that you see the world in black-and-white even though it's completely illogical. But the rest of us understand that change always has and always will happen incrementally where violent revolution is not involved. We act accordingly.

If you can't see that Rand is far, far better on foreign policy than any other name being tossed around for POTUS then you are engaging in willful ignorance. That's all the time I have for your ilk. Good luck in your fantasy world.

Makes me wonder whether Cruz, against all odds, might not end up with some grudging campaign boosters among the GOP’s more hawkish establishment. They don’t want him to win, but as an expert debater who’s willing and able to defend certain forms of interventionism against Rand onstage, they can do worse.

He supports work visas and then an incremental path to citizenship that would be dependent on the success of border security completely. His idea in essence does the same as deportation in terms of punishment, absent of an actual physical deportation. It might actually be easier and less tedious for them to self-deport and return legally.

So, its just a more humane alternative to deportation.

Yep - Allahpundit definitely seems to never miss an opportunity to highlight differences/disagreements between Rand & Cruz.

If anyone on here has a hotair account, please post in support and/or push back (in the nicest, non-confrontational way possible) against some of the anti-Rand commentators. (I missed their last open-registration unfortunately).

E.g. Point out that you don't get why Allah keeps pitting Rand against Cruz (which leads to dustups between their supporters) when a.) VAST MAJORITY of Rand & Cruz supporters like other candidate and/or have him as their #2 and b.) the the only way the Establishment (re: Bush/Christie) wins is by splitting the tea-party + conservative vote, so why does Allah keep stoking divisions??
