And you're definitely not missing much of anything..

twitter lets everyone see who's watching who. You choose who to 'follow', and those people's messages show up on your main page. Likewise, you can see who's following you, and see every one else's followers/followees.

Its utility comes in its openness and in the shortness of the messages, which results in all the posts being information dense.

Not sure... it isn't run by me. Rand has specifically asked me to run his MySpace, Facebook, and Twitter accounts.

"get 4,000 twitter followers for 12.95"

that should take care of it! support RPF and Rand Paul at the same time!
