Senator Rand Paul has again slammed President Donald Trump over his military operations off Venezuela, which has killed 27 people after at least half a dozen alleged drug smuggling boats have been blown out of the water by US drones.

More proof that each president gets progressively worse. My biggest gripe against Obama is that he killed Anwar Al Awlaki without a trial. But at least there was the GWOT AUMF in place.
 
I don't think blowing up half a dozen drug boats is going to make a dent in the drug trade

Probably need to invade Venezuela to make any kind of difference. And perhaps a few surrounding countries

We need more efficient wars like this. We won't have to ship everything so far away. And we won't have to send our anti-ballistic missile interceptors to Israel. We'll get to use them here.

I called this back in 2018 only I had the wrong country.


If we're truly being "invaded" by Latin America then we have to fight the over there so we can fight them over here.

One good reason is if we did it off the shores of Miami, debris could ruin the white sandy beaches and harm tourism.
