Rand on CNN

lol @ rand, his earpeice kept falling out and he kept having to mess with it and while doing so he kept making funny faces, but the message was VERY spot on

so far, were on commercial break now

15 minutes, wow!

Rand Paul diffused the Jim Bunning story with precision.

he did well. you could tell the earpiece irritated him, but he rolled with it without much problem & kept on message.

That was a pretty good interview. I thought it was going to be an ambush by Sanchez who has a history of being a huge a--hole.

Rand needs a better answer to the "libertarian" label. For example how "libertarian" is letting the Massachusetts state government force its citizens to buy health insurance? Not at all... but Rand would be bound to support it on a state's rights basis as a constitutional conservative.

Rand knocked this interview out of the park! Man, I wish I could vote for him! Oh well, another twenty dollar donation will be just as good.

wow, not that Rand gave any bad interviews in the past, but this one was great. you can track changes in him and the way he's learned to handle these. he explains himself well while also redirecting the conversation to issues he stands for and why hes a good candidate.

Fuck that noise. I love Rick Sanchez. I saw him twice yesterday. Once while watching him live, translating feed from Chile, and getting the reports no one is covering. And later on Comrade Stewart's show, being mocked.

I don't know what you guys have against Sanchez, but he loves this damn country, and he's an honest son of a bitch. I don't always agree with him, but I'd do jello shots with him off a hooker's ass. And there aren't a lot of guys I'd share a hooker's ass with.

Whenever these assholes ask this question of "libertarian leaning" Republicans trying to trap them or whatever they're trying to do, the standard answer should be Reagan's quote of libertarianism being the heart and soul of conservatism. People should have hammered Huckabee with it when he complained about CPAC becoming too libertarian.
