Rand needs to be investigated for Russia connection says wannabe Congresswoman

I don't think that's how it works...

Just to play devil's advocate, there is the Blount precedent. ;)

For example, Rand was on TV and refused to say that "the election was not stolen". Pelosi could then use that as a basis for impeachment for inciting insurrection. Would that pass the House? There's a pretty good chance it would go through on a partisan vote. Then the Senate could vote to remove him from the Senate, which is a very well established power of the Senate. They could also go through with a Senate impeachment trial, if they wanted to. Who's going to stop them? The Supreme Court? Maybe the Chief Justice would refuse to participate, but would that stop the Senate? Nah.

So apparently "1/6" is a thing now ... (the farce just keeps getting more and more ... farcical ...)

I remember an America where a sixth was a good thing.

Lol.... Everyone is a Russian asset. Jesus christ I can't believe she's much brighter than the apes that fling their own feces at innocent bystanders at the zoo.

I learned of that yesterday while researching our discussion about impeaching former office holders.

Apparently the precedent that the Blount case established was that Senators cannot be impeached, but can still be expelled, per Article 1 Section 5.

I'll never forget where I was on 1/6, when I heard that terrorists had killed an unarmed woman peacefully protesting in the Capitol.
