He walked out during Castro's speech, while the rest of the delegation (they were all Democrats to my knowledge) did not. He also spent large portions of the trip arguing with the Congressmen about Obamacare.

Cruz has also refused to endorse John Cornyn and multiple media reports state that Cruz is severely unpopular among his fellow Senators, Lee is pretty much his only friend there at this point.
