Rand Endorse Trump! Stop the snake aka Cruz!

Best thing for Rand to do is to withhold his endorsement and let the candidates come to him if they want it and I'm sure both Trump and Cruz want it, no reason to throw yourself behind either until the eventual nominee emerges at this point and that might not be either of them. Rand has a senate reelection to take care of before he'd get to work with any potential GOP president and it's probably a lot harder not having the support of the presidential nominee up ballot.

Rand should simply fulfill his promise to endorse whoever the nominee is, so if it turns out to be Trump, then he is free to do so. If there is one person that Rand could get away with endorsing right now would be Carson, who will probably be on his way out after New Hampshire.

Right now, it looks like Rubio is going to win this thing unless Bush has some sort of amazing comeback, which I'm not fully ruling out at this point.

As stated in the polling thread, since Rand dropped out I'll vote for Trump because of his foreign policy views in particular as well as his views on trade and immigration, unless Trump changes between now and Maryland's primary in April.

But I don't think Rand should endorse him at this point because of Trump's stance on civil liberties, Snowden, and the police state. That is the part of Trump that worries me. And it's the opposite of what Rand stood for. His doing this would look very hypocritical.
