We should all set up a time and date to get together before the county convention and discuss who we should vote for and how many we're possibly going up against.

Just a thought.

I'm in Ramsey county and an Alternate Delegate from Maplewood P-5. I was under the impression that MN campaign HQ was going to be doing something to make sure we'll all on the same page and know what to do. Do you know if this is the case?

We're trying to get the thousands of you flagged as delegates and alternates in the database. We still don't know who you all are, so can't match you all up yet.

We will also be getting the full delegate list from the MN GOP next week, so we'll need lots of help calling the ones that don't match up in our database to find out whom they support.

Our supporters who were elected delegate could help us out by entering yourselves at www.ronpaul2008.com/join if you don't already receive the campaign email. Ditto for your siblings and parents who you helped get elected and who support Ron Paul.

I'm actually unsure about that one RPDelegate.

My friend is the first alternate and will be voting for RP, although he's not on the list.

Myself and two others (my roomies) are RP Delegates for Maplewood P2.

I do hope that we'll get a chance to meet each other before heading out to the county convention. I still haven't received an email or a phone call to see when, where and what time it is so I hope I don't miss it.

meetings before conventions

Folks, we can't just sit back and expect HQ do do it all (this is the attitude that got America in the mess it's in - thinknig top down rather than bottom up). Don't wait for HQ - they are VERY busy with so many things going on. Just set up a time and place in your area. Post it here, on dailypaul.com, and on meetup.com. Spread the word. We don't need to wait for things to get set up, we need to be the ones to set things up. Contact the Paul delegates & alternates you know, and tell them to do the same. Networking is strong, and they'll likely know other Paul delegates in your BPOU that you don't know.

Exactly my point Bulldog, but because we don't know when the county convention is, we really won't be able to decide when we should meet before then.

In any case, Saturdays are always good for me.
