Just a friendly request based on experience (I'm sure many of you know, but just in case):

Don't waste your time arguing with people that you can't win over... pick your battles and consider that your time is extremely valuable - especially at this point in the game.

If you spend a half hour or a couple hours arguing with someone on facebook or via email or whatever... how many people could you have called via phone from home? I easily find myself doing this once in a while... seems like a lot of the time it isn't worth your time.

Planting seeds everywhere is most important right now. Use your best judgement - but just consider that what you do with your time right now could be used in very productive ways to help the campaign.

Keep up the battle playas.

I have facebook debates when folks post or comment on my posts.. You need to be sure you frame the issues correctly, and I'm never trying to convert the opposition -- I frame it to appeal to onlookers who have "liked" the post

This is what people forget. You're not just talking to one person when on the internet!

+1 Yep, like "call from home" -- that's my battleground

Good point... Facebook comments (not PMs) do actually have quite a few people that look at them even if they respond. Even so, be mindful of the complete audience to what you say. Ever since a few months ago, everyone is reminded by the little ticker about every little comment you write.
