Question: How tall is Ron Paul?

I have a question that may sound inconsequential but does anyone know Ron Paul's height? I keep hearing him referred to as a tiny man. Could they be speaking about the fact that he is very trim?

(BTW, I'm new here. I've almost maxed out my contributions to Ron Paul. Just waiting til Dec 16th to donate the rest. I have to admit that I'm obsessed with Ron Paul. I've never felt this way about any political candidate. I've just spent every night of last week handwriting letters to Iowans about Ron Paul.)

I read early on (a Seattle story?) that he is 6' 0" tall -- not tiny at all. I've also seen him referred to as diminutive or slight, but he was clearly taller than McCain at the last debate, and no one calls him short. I think people get him confused with Kucinich.

I'm 6ft tall. he is standing right next to me...and he isn't standing up straight.
I would guess he is 6 - 6'1"

thanks to those who helped with the height question and I'm laughing at the other wonderful responses that show how big Ron Paul really is and how he shrunk himself down to human size. haha!

one of the reasons i was wondering, in addition to hearing him called tiny, is because there's a photo of him with his wife on www.dailypaul.com and as i was looking at their picture, thinking RP was like 5'4" or something like that, i was marveling at how completely diminutive his wife would have to be. maybe 4'5" or something like that. LOL

This is true. But even though he just willed it to be so, he still couldn't go beyond the infamous 6' 1" barrier.
