My question is : Is it always a female officer who pats down a woman ?

My question is : Is it always a female officer who pats down a woman ?
It is supposed to be, for whatever that is worth. I would hope that a smaller airport at odd hours would still make sure there is at least one female there, but I wouldn't be surprised if that wasn't always the case.
