Question about contacting RP's office

Wasn't really sure where to put this but I have a question regarding contacting Ron Paul's office.

My brother is a big RP supporter and freedom lover and he is getting married this fall so I just wanted to send a letter to RP asking him to say a few words. (I understand it probably won't be from RP himself but just getting one would be nice).

My question is: since I don't live in TX-14 which is the best office for me to send this letter to?

Any help would be much appreciated.
