Push Polling in Nevada

I wasn't sure which forum this belongs in, so I'm posting it here in Grassroots.

I wanted to get out the word that a group calling itself "Common Sense Issues" is push polling in Nevada on behalf of Huckabee, although they claim they aren't affiliated with any campaign. It's my understanding that this tactic is considered extremely underhanded, but maybe I'm just naive about what is business as usual during a campaign. I got a call from this group yesterday. I didn't get the whole number off of caller ID (my phone doesn't save the numbers), but it came from the 703 area code and ID'ed as "Virginia". I sent a message to the Official Ron Paul HQ to let them know, and I also contacted Senator Harry Reid's office about it (the poll attacks him). The other candidates being attacked can fend for themselves.

If anyone is interested, here are the questions they are asking with my responses to the best of my recollection.

-------------------------------------

Q: Blah, blah...would you like to participate in this poll?
A: Yes.

Q: Will you be participating in the 2008 presidential caucus held in Nevada?
A: Yes.

Q: Of Mitt Romney, Rudy Guiliani, Mike Huckabee, and John McCain, which candidate are you most likely to vote for? (Ron Paul was noticeably absent, and I believe Fred Thompson was missing from this question too.) Mitt Romney?
A: No.

Q: Rudy Guiliani?
A: No.

Q: Mike Huckabee?
A: No.

Q: John McCain?
A: No.

Q: Of illegal immigration, gun rights....blah...which issue is most important to you? Illegal immigration?
A: No.

Q: Gun Owners' Rights?
A: Yes.

Q: (Something about Romney and McCain supporting gun control and Guiliani supporting the assault weapon ban)...Knowing that Mike Huckabee supports concealed carry...blah, blah...would you be more likely to support Mike Huckabee?
A: Yes. (Technically true. Of course, there is a big difference between "more likely" and "likely".)

Q: Are you pro-life?
A: No.

Q: Do you support Nevada's Senator Reid?
A: No.

Q: Do you agree with Senator Reid's support for surrendering Iraq to islamic jihadists? (yes, it really was phrased that way, but I can't remember if they used the term islamo-facists instead)
A: Yes.

Q: Are you male.
A: Yes.

Q: Thank you for participating in this poll. This poll is being conducted by Common Sense Issues. This group is not affiliated with the presidential campaigns for Mitt Romney, Rudy Guiliani, Mike Huckabee, or John McCain.

Although it is possible that someone is doing this independently of Huckabee's campaign, I like to keep an open mind, but not so open that my brain falls out. Being much more involved politically this election than usual, I have been quite surprised by how dirty politics can get (even more so at the local level). I hope these underhanded tactics come back to bite Huckabee before all is said and done.
