Congressman Paul is the first presidential candidate in history to make fundraising numbers publicly available in real-time.

AND I LOVE IT!!!!

ya know, it's actually completely stupid that no one did it before.

See, our man IS the smartest of the whole dern bunch!!

When I ran for City Council of Keene NH in 2001, I put all my finances and recordkeeping online for all to see, updating it every day that there was a change. Our overly liberal newspaper in town said that they had to commend me for doing so.

Well, Howard Dean did a lot of fundraising drives with live updates (and he did well, unlike our opponents this year). But he didn't have a running total of his full quarter numbers. And updating every couple of weeks with the off-line numbers is certainly a first for a campaign for major office.

If he's this open during his campaign, imagine how open and transparent his administration will be.

He walks the talk.
