Promoting Dr. Paul on dollar bills

Is it Ok to advertise Ron Paul/www.ronpaul2008.com on dollar bills?

I wanted to get this stamp for that purpose

I think it is technically a federal crime, but WGAF.

It's completely legal as long as you don't cover any important information (serial #'s, etc). Writing in the margins is 100% legal.

It's great to do. Withdraw $100 in one dollar bills (or 100 5 dollar bills, whatever), stamp, deposit, repeat.
