I think its a valid concern. I recall the "so what argument being used when the Patriot Act was passed. We know how google actively tracks what we do, and I cant even begin to imagine what the government would do with such information... Its nice to know, as well, that the provisions of the so called "net neutrality" will give big gov some additional tools...
