Beginning to see a pattern.
What pattern? More out-of-context stuff to divert peoples attention, so to instead scream for more government intervention/"solutions"?
Do people not ever cross-check/verify for accuracy anymore before they post?

The two foreign men, aged 21 and 18, are accused of sexually assaulting the girl and broadcasting it on social media in Sweden.
If found guilty, the migrants will not deported from the country, Swedish news website 24 Uppsala reports.
Stefan Wallin, defending lawyer for one of the accused, hailed the “wise” decision.
He said: “The prosecutor has taken a wise decision. It is against the Aliens Act, which I pointed out here before.”
Both of the accused arrived in Sweden at the age of 15, according to Mr Wallin.
A third defended, a 25-year-old Iranian immigrant with Swedish citizenship, is accused of filming the alleged sex attack.
Prosecutor Pontus Melander claims the men will be found guilty due to the overwhelming evidence showing the crime.
He told the court: “We have an incredibly good evidence in the form of film material, but it is always up to the district court.”
The two men accused of rape could be locked up for up to two years, Mr Pontus said.
The third defendant who filmed the alleged attack faces up to a year in jail.
Lawyers defending the accused claim they have evidence to prove the sex act was consensual.

If a crime has been committed, the accused has a right to face their accuser and placed in a court of law. If found guilty, he/she should not be deported and allowed to go free, only to commit the crime again. That girl and/or family has every right to seek justice in the country where the crime occurred, if the accused is found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
As to the bill being proposed in Germany - I am not seeking to emulate other countries. America, for now, until people shred what's left of it, has what are called the Bill of Rights, which are an outline of our Natural God/Nature Given Rights. If you don't like the Bill of Rights, or falsely believe that they only apply to certain people, you are free to relocate to Germany or wherever it is "your people" originate from.
