I didn't think he was calling for a Minimum Wage increase. He said he wants to bring in a similar economical/job market as North Dakota (which is paying $15-$18 an hour for fast food jobs due to the oil boom) by allowing California to take advantage of its natural resources as they did.

I don't know much about that cat, but if he was true to his words in his ad, he'd make a fine Governor.
