If you registered for tickets on RP2012.com, you can pick up your credentials at the RP 2012 registration desk on the 3rd floor in the Ascot room.

So there won't be any sort of confirmation email that those who signed up should look out for? Just pick up your credentials?

I might have missed my call from you guys. I believe I put my cell phone down, but I don't carry it on me. I've already got a flight and a place to stay though. Do you plan on calling again or what? You can also PM me on here if you want.

i got my call, but told him I wasn't sure if I could take off work yet. Said I will get another call, my boss said he couldn't tell me if I could take off till the monday before the straw poll.

So if I'm not able to make it Friday, Can I still vote in the straw poll on Saturday?

Straw poll voting will be in the Grand Salon on Friday from 11am - 6pm and Saturday from 11am - 1:30pm.

Note that last time they ended voting early so vote first thing, if you can't make it until Saturday!

Just because the RLC is saying right now that you can vote until 1:30pm Saturday doesn't mean you can show up at 1:25pm on Saturday and expect to vote. Last year the RLC required you to have checked in several hours before the close of voting in order to vote. We need to know what the check-in deadline is.

You will check in at the RP registration desk in the Ascot Room on the 3rd floor and get your credentials from us, not RLC. Our registration desk will stay open until straw poll voting ends.

If the closing time for voting doesn't change and ends Saturday at 1:30pm, you should be at the RP registration desk NO LATER later than Noon. That will give you time to pick up your credentials and make your way to the Grand Salon on the first floor, where the straw poll voting takes place.
