I made mini fliers, 4 per page. They say "This tip would be tax free if Ron Paul was president" and provide a link to HQ. Cut them out, and slip them between the bills when you tip.

Any chance you can modify it so that it includes a mention that Dr. Paul sponsors the Tax Free Tips Act, with a link to a document that discusses it? I think that would be even more effective.
