Yes, I suppose, only I'm just wondering about what the specs should be.

I have done a counter - by which I mean a numerical counter that increments over some time.

I have done a scale/thermometer type graphic which moves in relationship to the numerical counter.

I notice the Ron Paul one takes in data for "new donors", "donations this week", "online donations this quarter", etc. as well as displaying donors' names.

Is all that stuff wanted or would a more generic one be better? At any rate I have all the main stuff done and now just require a little direction concerning the scope.

Well, I have pretty well finished my counter, at least until somebody says they need something more than what mine delivers.

More than a couple of people expressed interest and so rather than making one for each person who wants one I made it more general and highly configurable. You can pretty much build your own by editing the configuration file (xml).

You can find it at http://opensourceronpaul.com - I have a couple of examples up there but I didn't spend any time making them look too good, I code, not design. I put up two examples so that it would be fairly obvious that you can configure them the way you want.
