Tweeting "President Paul" (without the quotes) works. You can add hashtags you feel appropriate. I use #tcot and #RonPaul often.

It was middle of the pack when I saw it. I hope somebody got a screen shot of "President Paul" at #1. Hopefully we can get it back up there.
