From Bloomberg:
Obama: Critics of Iran Policy Talking With ‘Lot of Bluster’

President Barack Obama said Republican presidential hopefuls who’ve criticized his approach on Iran are talking with “a lot of bluster” without having the responsibilities of commander in chief.

If they believe the U.S. should take military action against Iran, “they should say so,” Obama said in response to a question at a White House news conference. Otherwise, he said, their criticism is “more about politics” than substance.

“These folks don’t have a lot of responsibilities,” he said regarding the candidates. He said he was struck by the “casualness” of the way his political opponents talk about war. “I’m reminded of the costs involved in war.”

So brave.

I made a thread about this, sad when Obama is more conservative than 3 out of 4 Republican candidates.

Hopefully he sticks to his guns on this, but he doesn't have the adamantium spine of Dr. Paul.

Romney and Santorum would actually be even worse than Obama on foreign policy issues, even though they're slightly better on domestic issues.

Obama hopes no one will remember Libya or the other middle eastern countries that were destabilized during his administration. Unforunately, most people will forget or disregard.

There's no question he's bad. The problem is that 3 of the 4 "so-called conservatives" are worse.

I'm struck by his casualness to bomb Libya and Pakistan.

For democrats any war that you don't have to put boots on the ground "isn't a real war". I mean you didn't think they actually cared about casualties on the other side, civilian or otherwise, did you?

He's only worried about Iran because a war with them would drag Russia and China into the mix. Other than that he doesn't care about the "costs of war"

I hope when it comes down to general election debates... I hope Ron Paul as GOP and Johnson as Libertarian will gang up on Obama during the debates. Johnson better not attack Ron >.> they are "kinda" on the same "team".

his aids are telling him to say the right thing... if he was to make a move on Iran, then there is a huge chance he loses the election... don't fall for his smooth talk... now, if he wins, expect an attack after the election...

Don't forget how in October, 2011, Obama deployed troops to Uganda, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Central African Republic, and Sudan.

And decided that it's ok to shoot Americans in the head in lieu of a trial. This guy will start waging war against Iran as soon as the election is over.

He wants to pretend to campaign to the left of the other GOP candidates in an election year while he's CIC of what 6 or 7 shooting wars? He could have ended them, but he started more.

I think Obama will definitely attack Iran before the elections. Blood thirsty, warmongering Americans will love him for it, and the people who actually want peace will ignore his actions like they have been doing. I think that would guarantee him another term.

I hope I'm wrong.
