Predict the June 5 Money Bomb Total

People are being way too generous. The last moneybomb had about 7k participants on facebook. This one has about 2.2k. Being generous, I say 750k. Hopefully at least that. This moneybomb just wasn't planned very well.

The official campaign store is up now also. I think that will bring in some unexpected money.

How did the dynamic of Nov. 5th & Dec. 16th, 2007 differ from today? As I recall Nov. 7th didn't have a lot of lead time. So, what circumstances do we need to get 4.2 or 6.0 million? Also, why isn't everybody who donated on those two days doing it again? In fact, shouldn't it be many more people? I was kinda thinking this should be an 8 or 10 million dollar event. But the ticker seems a little slow (I would like to see the graphs from 11/5/07 and 12/16.07 to see what the pace was in hours 1-3).

One can only hope.

Eh both of those bombs had good hooks and a better economy... I remember remember the fifth of November and the 234th anniversary of the Boston tea party.

I'll predict a low of $700,000 and a high of $1,100,000. We didn't properly hype this one the way we did with the Debate Day Moneybomb. There is also no importance tied to this date or theme. We need to make Ready, Ames, Fire HUGE if we're going to win this thing. Start promoting it TOMORROW.

But don't worry, I'm still donating as I will every time we have an event.

Debates boost donations, like in 2007/8. Once the debates become more regular and Ron is heard more the Moneybombs will improve significantly. I still think this MB will pick up alot tomorrow afternoon when the sleepy heads wake up and log online.

who the genius who thought it was a good idea to start the moneybomb on a saturday night/sunday morning?

I think you might change your mind, say between 2-5 am EST as the lubricated brains and wallets come staggering home from the clubs :D

Agree - why didn't we do this on the 13th?

My prediction is 1.5 million

Slowing down a bit...? What? You mean that not everybody likes to stay up at this hour and donate to the Ron Paul Campaign?!?!?
