Yesterday an Iowa poll was released that showed that of those polled, 5% caucaused for Ron Paul in 2012 and 'coincidentally' Rand Paul got 5% in the poll. Ron Paul got about 20% in 2012, so if they used a representative sample then he should be closer to 20%. Then you have to add in all the college voters Rand has been working so hard to get. That's why I voted 21-25%, and I think that is conservative.

All things considered, Ron's total in 2008 is really what I think he will get. I do see how numbers in the 15,000 range are plausible as well, and because I'm hopeful, that's what I voted for.

Rand will finish in the top 4, there's no doubt in my mind about that.

Concerned American Voters got off the ground in June, and since then it has made 1.1 million voter contacts in Iowa to identify 37,352 likely caucus goers. They've been marked as certain to support, likely to support, or maybe to support Paul.

I know he will! I think it's up to the man upstairs to decide if Rand will win the whole thing. Listen, we all know it's a hard road. We've been dealt with different types of setbacks. Thanks to us, we got Rand Paul, Mike Lee, Thomas Massie and Justin Amash elected and with big margins! We're not quitters, we're fighters! I now see that twinkle in Rand's eye that shows he's with us. Rand will overperform expectations, win many states and stun the beltway! Many pleasant surprises will come, it might be tough, but we've got a never say die attitude that just overshuns everybody else! The final countdown to the first contest is leaving us all jittery and nervous but I have faith. And we will go down fighting!!!
