Wow, thank you so much NC and you all. I truly appreciate your prayers and kind words.

I still can't believe he's gone. I miss him already, and it hurts my heart every time I see something that reminds me of him... like his (empty) easy chair or things he wore, etc.

He was the type of person who was loved by everyone who knew him. He had a heart of gold, a great sense of humor and he was a loving and giving husband, father and grandfather.

I was going to share something else.. but for now I'll just share this collage. Thank you again for your prayers on that other thread and on this thread. I love you guys.


(my parents are in the pic on the top right. They were happily married for 54 years! They were always together. So as you can imagine, my Mom is heartbroken and not even sure how to live life without him.)

I am sorry for your loss , it will be a big loss to the Grandchildren as well . My biggest regret when my Dad passed was that my kids had so little time with him and I knew they would have benefited greatly by it as I did . God Bless you all .
