I understand RP solidified his PRo-Life beliefs in Med school, long before his public life, but was he EVER prochoice?

From reading his books, I get the idea that before he actually witnessed an abortion, he was on the fence about it.

Same here, i just can't anything that says he was indeed for abortions.

I just think like most people, he was young and naive, and didn't have a conviction about it.

But I believe that true libertarians like Ron are against murder and coercion for all people.

Ron said in his speech at Ames that prior to leading up to his being in med school and seeing that horrible abortion, everyone was pro-life...that there was really no question about it.

Putting that together with his being raised in a traditional Christian family, I would have to assume that he's always been pro-life.

I doubt he had ever really even considered the matter; it wasn't a major political issue at the time, and he wasn't even a very political person yet at that stage.

It's part of RP's character to be anti-choice. At least he's consistent and also opposes Euthanasia, CP and war.

I like Ron Paul am both.

I believe life begins at conception.
I don't support abortion.
I don't support a Constitutional Ban.
I don't support Federal Involvement.
I don't support taxpayer funding.
I believe it is the duty of Pro-Life Christians to be compassionate and understanding.
I believe abortion is a heart issue that cannot be changed through outside force.
I believe NO Government has a say, but Constitutionally speaking it should go no further than State.

I believe Ron Paul has a problem with both sides because he panders to neither. His stance is firm
in both sides, yet they will still cry because they don't get all they want from him.
