Look at Santorum and Paul in each age demographic and you'll see why this poll isn't a good comparison between those 2. No way Santorum is going to take 3rd.

Hate to break it to you, but 18-29 is an unreliable voting group. Typically less than 10% turn out.

Wish there was a way we could get them motivated to be there. Perhaps if we had a socialist/corporatist president who was taking away our freedom and acting like a dictator it would get them there.

cant say they dont vote . sometimes they do , sometimes they dont .
you can say they are a unreliable voting block .

If someone hasn't clarified this yet, the 18-29 turnout in 2008 was only 10%. So PPP is accurate. If someone has posted this, my apologies.

The enthusiasm was was strong in thos states. How is it in SC?

It's GREAT for Colbert - his rally today drew OUR DEMOGRAPHIC to the tune of four THOUSAND people. Who he proceeded to ask to vote for Colbert/Cain - and yes, Cain's name is on the ballot.

grrrrr.

i wouldn't worry about that. i think it more likely that anybody showing up to vote for colbert will end up pushing the button for Paul once they are in booth, or they never were gonna vote for Paul anyways. The net result I think will be votes for Paul.
