She was trying to be sarcastic, which didn’t work with Fetterman reading it.

Naaa I like my Ron Burgundy/Bruce Almighty version better ;)

But yeah, I saw a video a few weeks ago that exposed how his aides (try to) script his replies via remote input to the tablet in front of him.
