lollolol
George Orwell's "estate", which is to say his spoiled, self-entitled heirs, have clearly never read a word their ancestor ever wrote.
I'm literally amazed by how pervasive this mind-virus actually is. There is almost no element of society that it has not infected.
You gotta give these f*ckers credit... they have managed to COMPLETELY capture almost every SINGLE element of society with almost no one noticing. And at this point it's damned near too late to do anything about it.
This is akin to a king running from a queen, 2 knights, 2 rooks and 2 bishops. It's just a matter of time.
Last I heard, prior knowledge is admissible as proof of guilt in a court of law.

In the West at any rate.
Most of the rest of the world thinks we're $#@!ing nuts, or are the Great Satan.
Still some juicy morsels left on the carcass though, that's why the rest of the world is invading us, to get their piece before its all gone.
In the irony of ironies, if white, western, civilization survives, it may be Eastern Europe and Russia that saves it.
Separate or die.

I think I may have just been exposed to a lethal dose of irony poisoning:

George Orwell’s 1984 Given Trigger Warning at British University

Nathaniel Charles (23 January 2022)
George Orwell’s classic novel 1984 has been slapped with a trigger warning by a British university following concerns that students could find it “offensive and upsetting”.

You just can't satisfy these clowns.
A Sonic employee politely asks for this man's[1] pronouns.
Then the asshole gets pissed off when the Sonic guy doesn't just guess them.
(And of course, if he guesses "wrong" ...)
This is just an excuse for petty control freaks to bully and badger other people.
They're not offended when you use the "wrong" pronouns. They get off on it.

[1] Yeah, that's right. I referred to this bozo as a "man". Come at me.

The problem wasn't that people were too arrogant to listen. Perish the thought! The problem was that the demonized targets of approbation, unemployment, and worse, just weren't adamant enough...

And then there was this, from over a year ago (the tweets are gone now)
That's something that really concerns me.
How can you archive "tweets" so they don't go down the memory hole, other taking screenshots of every one?

Are we 100% sure that those are satire articles tho? Because it IS 2023... None of those headlines would be the least bit surprising to me if they appeared in a "mainstream" publication.
We now live in an age in which even satire may be ironic.qua satire.
