We are joking about the fall of the Rome of our era. Have you ever studied how many of mankind's advancements of ancient times had to be reinvented and/or rediscovered during and since the Renaissance? Consider this map for a moment:

We think we're so good and we're so brilliant that we can keep it all from falling apart. But are we good enough leaders to prevent the destruction of what good things remain? Or do we go back to maps that show where the sea serpents are?

Just to clarify my beautiful handwriting, two of the x's are from nuclear weapons, the third is from flooding and the fourth is an attempt to wipe out all traces of Obama's citizenship (on a special covert operation ordered by him under the war against terror).
The territory marked "Casey" is where I will be residing, probably named "Kingdom of Casey Jones" or "KCJ" for short. Oh, and Texico is a Texan takeover of Mexico, not a Mexican invasion of Texas.

Lakotah will never have its own state. No State is going to let them secede and they don't have the numbers to do it by force. If they attempt a secession, that will probably be the end of the Lakotah people.

If the United States is going to break up, it will most likely happen along State borders with alliances of States forming new countries. The only way this will change is if war breaks out and land is split up. Balkanization will happen. Anyone who has ever studied history knows this always happens. It has already long started and it will do nothing but increase as turmoil plagues the nation.
