Edit- Just found it on Google. Yeah after watching it 5 more times, it just looks like Santorum saying "Ah Dr. Paul, you beat me good tonight, sir".

I agree. I do not think the handshake was terribly significant. However, I did want to put the video up so that the other members of this community could judge for themselves.
