Boiling down RP's message in a slogan is quite troublesome. The slogans that really hit the nail on the head usually require some requisite background information to fully appreciate. Considering we are up against an educational disconnect, the slogan needs to touch people that have a limited exposure to politics/history. At the same time, especially after Obama's "HOPE/CHANGE", a generalized brief slogan runs the risk of a negative association and/or being perceived as meaningless.
Ron's inability to be corrupted, his integrity, character, and the congruency of his philosophy with his voting record need to be at the forefront of the message to the casual observer. People were salivating for a real change of direction in this country in 2008. This sentiment has only grown as conditions worsen and Obama continues to expose himself. In 2012, people will be more weary of false prophets and empty promises. This will lend further credence to Ron. We must instill the perception of Ron as a statesman possessing the intellect, foresight, and courage to restore the country.
