I think by "slam" they mean putting out a call-to-arms on a forum directing people to go there and vote, this skewing the results based on organization rather than being representative of on-the-ground support

The thing is, all of the campaigns have the exact same opportunity that we have. I've seen Cain supporters promoting polling on their facebook page.

We just get out the vote on these things.
