Let's not... I'm sure they will be doing real polls over the next few days that will show Obama with 150% approval and 90% demanding Snowden be burned at the stake and for the US to be turned into a military state headed by the Joint Chief of Staff's just to keep everyone safe from cave dwelling ragheads.

I think he's both a hero and a criminal. He did the right thing exposing the spying, but legally he is guilty. I would have done the same thing.

The president has declared the world a war zone and drones are his weapon of choice. Send a drone to Hong Kong and the terrorist out.

Short answer yes. Long answer, you can't take it upon yourself to determine. Legal is not necessarily constitutional, but we have a legal and legislative system to deal with when they aren't.
