What do we say? What would we like him to do?

Personally, I'd like to see him take the money and form a strong PAC that can get us more candidates.

Any more spending on the campaign is going to yield the same results. If we are going to storm the convention, then its going to happen whether they blow through the last $10 million or not. Keep the money to help other candidates.

I agree. It's time to give up on the campaign and focus on the future of the movement. McCain has the nomination and there isn't a thing Ron Paul could do to catch up. It's over. And Ron Paul can't hope that the next in line rule the republicans have is going to go in his favor in the next elections.

We need to focus on funding the campaigns of other Ron Paul republicans going for congress right now.

I hope Ron stays in. I've worked really hard in my state and we don't start rolling until Saturday.

Being one of the last states in this really sucks sometimes.

I think he should wait to see what the last few states have to say now that Huck is gone. Huck's absence could be just what he needs to gain 5 states. Besides that, I like to think he has saved his money for something!

The silver lining? I'm glad the Congressional race is over. HE CAN COME VISIT US! I'm dragging everyone to hear him speak and insisting the local media televise it!

I would focus all of my funds on showing America what they are in store for. I would get ads that show obama, clinton and mccain and what type of world we will soon have.

I would love to simply see ads AGAINST the "bought candidate" so later on when everyone is mad over socialism in the states from obama or 100 year wars with mccain that ends up bankrupting the nation, people can look back and realize that there was ONE person who was going to start us back on the right track and everyone was more impressed with poll numbers, free health care and the fear of islamic terrorism messing with us since they tied it to biblical bullshit and no bible thumper will say it is WRONG or they will be turning against their faith.

We dont get attacked because we are free, they are attacking out establishment who is corrupting their governments and people just like they are doing to us. We are far from free and it will get worse as time goes by.

Focus on congress. Give more news interviews, sound less radical and start bringing up other libertarian-republicans running for office on the air. mentioning their names over and over.

Stay in and don't spend any more money is the obvious choice. He's not going to win any more fervent supporters who will become delegates by broadcasting commercials, and, already, he can't stop McCain from clinching the nomination purely by winning states. The only way Ron Paul can win is if we have our delegates go the state conventions and vote to unbind all delegates for every state we can.

Stay in. This is no time to quit. Never quit. When your motivation is honest and the cause is just , don't quit. With Huckabee out the media just may show Ron Paul's votes. The election is rigged, but still more people may find out about him and the issues if he stays in. There is nothing radical about standing up for the Constitution and the American people. This is the time to rally around the flag, boys.

Don't forget the march on Washington. We need to get the march organized and plan on going. Some authority figure in the Ron Paul campaign needs to take charge and announce a date. That is what we are waiting on....someone in authority to take command.

Every single solitary soul that stands for freedom, our Constitutional rights and the American Way needs to show up at the march....A Day for Free America!

Help those who don't have the funds to go. This is our country. Don't just lay down and die. Those dishonest creeps can rig the elections, but they can't rig the number of people who march on Washington.

I say "Onward!"

Ron Paul needs to spread the message as long as he can.

Man, my brain is tired, so my posts haven't been intelligent at all lately.

Agreed. His message gets parroted by others more and more. More people agree with him now, even tho they do not know him, or think he is "kooky". Little by little the truth is coming out. I say, still, "Stay in it and win it". One way or the other.

I simply cannot support any movement to get Ron Paul in against the popular vote. I also want to get rid of the electoral college for the same reason.

It's completely undemocratic to force a candidate on the people that was not decided by the people. I will respect the popular vote even if I disagree with it because I strongly support the democratic process.

Yes, fight on! We are with you 100% all the way to the end

Ditto here. Absolutely ....stay in it and use the money. Ron Paul is the single best spokesman for our Liberty message..no one else comes close....Keep Ron in the front lines, bashing the Establishment at every opportunity. They hate that. That alone is worth the money spent. Fight for every last delegate to that convention with the view to winning it all. Forget about defeat; it's not an option.

Never, never give up.....Very strange things can happen in a volatile political environment.....and, in "political time" September is a long, long way off. Keep working for and on every last delegate to the Republican convention.

Everyone except the family dog knows:

John McCain can't win in November.

The poll needs another option: Run as an Independent Republican. I don't think he would win, but as long as he gets more votes than McCain it would prove to the GOP which direction most Republicans want the party move.

one thing his staying in and continuing with the message and getting it out there is it helps to solidify those that are picking up the mantle to keep this Revolution going forward. He has a way to be a voice and we need that voice out there!

Whatever Ron Paul thinks would we best to spread the message. Use the rest of the campaign money to spread the message through his Prez candidacy, or use the money to fund more Congressional candidates.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but...

This is a Republic. Not a Democracy.

The problem with "mob rule" (the literal meaning of democracy, right?) is that the masses are easily swayed and misinformed. This Republic as I understand it is a system of checks and balances designed to prevent hasty and uninformed decisions by a mob.

I think that the delegate process (if we did incredibly well) could act as a check against MSMs mass disinformation. As in the earliest days of our country, the well-informed and hard working minority should be able to change things.

And although the electoral college is flawed (at least in KY, the Electors seem elected by the two parties), I am not so quick to throw out something from the Constitution.

But I'm kind of new to all this so I could be wrong. :)

I simply cannot support any movement to get Ron Paul in against the popular vote. I also want to get rid of the electoral college for the same reason.

The media determines who wins the popular vote. There is absolutely nothing "democratic" about it.
