Chances are, if they discuss the matter, they would have to pay back the settlement.

However, money changed hands. That means there's paper involved (and I don't just mean the worthless currency). Paper means that someone can leak the files involved, and nobody really knows who is responsible for the leaks.

And when the stakes are this high, somebody's gonna leak.

If it comes to paying the money back... The first one to break the story to a MAJOR media outlet would get paid tons of money.
