POLITICO: Ron Paul aides ponder ‘frustrating’ race

Well many here realized this long ago. Young people DO NOT vote.

Sounds like the campaign isn't going to stop targeting young people though. It's a shame that we could have won all of those states that the campaign secretly expected to win. Could have been the frontrunner for the nomination by now.

We lost Maine, Washington, North Dakota, Alaska and Virginia when we lost Iowa on January 3rd. No Social Security ads or National Defense ads + failure to push back hard against racism charges opened up an opportunity for Santorum in Iowa. From then on the dominoes started falling.

you hit the nail on the head.

Ahhh....I gave Ron Pauling to Doug Wead and it appears it's caught on:

"His advisers call it “Paul-ing” when another Republican candidate embraces an issue position long espoused by Paul that is only now entering the conservative mainstream. Examples include Santorum and Gingrich calling for an audit of the Federal Reserve or Romney saying he’d fire Fed chairman Ben Bernanke."

This...

We didn't do enough in Iowa. We didn't kill Santorum when we had the chance. We held on to the "Not Romney" strategy for too long. We didn't target enough old people. We didn't do enough to combat the Foreign Policy IMAGE. We didn't do enough to combat the "He'll end Soc. Sec IMAGE.

This is why Ron will lose, however, this is assuming Ron was in this to win.

I think Ron knew from the start they'd never let him finish 1st, he's been building a movement this entire time.

Now the movement has to take back the party by taking back the local, state, and national positions. <- This is the 1st step towards liberty...

I was at the Ada county caucus in Boise. There were plenty of young and younger people there for Ron Paul. I also identified quite a few not so young for Ron Paul. The results of this caucus going to Romney in the first round even surprised some of the Romney supporters sitting all around me.

As I was leaving, I had a young person ask me who I voted for and if I was surprised at the outcome. I told him Ron Paul and yes I was surprised. He said he didn't regret going to cast his vote for Ron Paul and would have regretted it if he hadn't. I replied, "Me too."

Just got my petition for District Committeeman here. Running against another Republican in the Primary =/. He is "endorsed" by the county GOP head. Luckily, only 16 ppl voted for the position in 2010.

People show up at the rallies to have their own talking points and beliefs shouted from a lectern. Makes 'em feel good about themselves...

Then they go home to watch Alex Jones clips, look up the latest conspiracy theories, and ignore the FACT that they have to get off their bums and vote. So many of Paul's supporters are all talk and no action. It's not Ron's fault that while the youth is ideologically "waking up", their physical bodies are lazy, and fast asleep.

PFFTTT. Vote fraud, dude. That's all it is. You're too blinded by your little blame game to see it.

With all the

Secret votes
Missing vans with ballots
Closed caucuses because of a slightly windy day
The powers that be saying "we will not let him win" or "if ron paul wins iowa...we just...take it out...take it out and look at the second"

Thats just a taste of it, there is so much fraud at every single state, you got newt having dead people vote for him, you have a guy on fox saying that the santorum and romney guys "came to an agreement on who won"

ALL of that and you guys STILL HAVE TO ASK?

I am a logical level headed guy, RP is being fucking CHEATED.

I can't believe people are even falling for the idea that this is somehow the campaign's fault. We have mathematical proof of vote fraud now, and you people still want to play the blame game. We should all be united in deriding the establishment for stealing this election. This would be a runaway victory for Paul if the elections were fair and Paul were treated fairly by the media.
