Yes you are partly right. But this was a concerted effort by both sides. The Technocrats driven by the republicans [and WEF/U.N.] are going to capitalize by this immensely, not just in terms of dollars, but in the Technocratic rollout of their "solutions". There is enough credible information that you can reference.

Even if our head of state had the constitutional authority to invite an invasion into our country thats not what happened.

The Biden administration said "Don't come".

The only people that they invited were refugees from places like Afghanistan.

They gave temporary asylum to some groups but temporary asylum is only supposed to be temporary.

The vast majority of people who came anyways claimed asylum and lied about it, or they snuck in, or they were refused at the border.

The policy of asylum and temporary asylum is definitely changing but not because of who the president is but because it was being abused.

We have had asylum policies in place since World War 2 but its not sustainable.

The reality is its more complicated than the way it's being characterized.

Western countries have public positions and private positions.

For dozens of years countries like the USA sent aid to other countries so that they wouldn't send us refugees.

They would send birth control to other countries so that they would have less kids and not send refugees to the USA.

They made deals with other countries so that they would take refugees so that they wouldn't come to the USA or to Europe.

They would give public speeches at the UN and in front of global conferences saying that countries need to take in more refugees and migrants while privately making deals with other countries to take them in.

Our public position changed years ago.

We are no longer being polite and trying to save face and keep up a public appearance of being a nation without borders.

The Trump administration has even proposed offering European countries refugee status if they are oppressed or punished for being against open borders.

Trump gave a speech at the UN and said nations should have borders and they can protect their borders like he does in the USA.
