In regards to Tesla/Westinghouse...
Giving one's technology or material wealth or discovery away for free is not anti-capialist at all. The concept of Capitalism is nothing more than allowing a maximum flow of capital... the voluntary exchange of goods/services/resources/etc. Just because you wish to give a technology back to the world does not make it anti-capitalist, merely because one can't profit from it. If one believes this - then this shows a clear misunderstanding of what capitalism is all about.
The State is what gets in the way of capitalism.
'Capitalism' is what people do when you leave them alone.
